Let the bonus for new discovered species be included in Exobiology rank progression.

That will encourage people to fly outside of Bubble and explore new worlds.

(I will not talk about slow and tiresome progression itself)

Oh, does the bonus not count?
I guess they do it the same way for exploration data, so this would also need to be adjusted.
