Expand or disable complexity metter

As far as I know the meter is there to not let consoles burst into flames... So it's there because of technical limitations with consoles that can't really be worked around.
I know but I feel like it should be optional, something at your own risk you know?
Yeah but these days some idiot would overheat their console, their house would burn down and then they’d wanna sue Frontier for all of it.
