Expandable land for sandbox mode?

I wanted expandable land for my Work In Progress mega-park. Since a park in Sandbox mode is 1,000 meters by 1,000 meters. So, I wanted more land with these features

1. Buy (If you're using player cash) or claim (If you want unlimited money) up top 8 extra plots of land that are each 1,000 meters by 1,000 meters. Creating a 3x3 grid.
2. Fix the terrain. I wanted the terrain to be all flat in the park area to lessen the bugs a bit.
3. Place guest spawners outside the boundary of the park.
   1. For land biomes (Outside of the park area), have coaches.
   2. For water biomes (Outside of the park area), have ferries.
4. Keep the number of park entrances in the park area. But touching the park boundary where the guest spawners are.
