Expansion/unoccupied gains?

So, been doing some trade to a system that trying to gain, saying "Sell for large profits" to contribute to control score, yet it gains nothing, gain no merits. Why?

Also, cant deliver Sirius Franschise Package anymore either, could only deliver once, 15 of em, and now it just says "unavailable". Yet the map says you can use these to gain control score.

What is going on? It feels like you can only do 1 thing in a system once that give you merit and gains, then its suspended. Its the same in evry system i tried varius things, just not available to deliver. Any know why, am i missing something here? are players only allowed 1 delivery of those PP items?

You only get a certain number of these every 30 minutes. (Maybe you get more at higher ranks? I've not found out yet)

Everything else I've tried - provided it's on the list - seems to work.

Ye, but i cant deliver it after i get new to same system. Just says unavailable after i collected 15 new ones. i collect em, go to the system i wanna deliver and there it says unavailable

Interesting - it's let me deliver repeatedly to the same system, though it's not clear that it did any good.

hopefully, it might just be a server issue now when we having those random dc then. But, have you done any trade and know what to trade to affect?

I haven't tried high-value trade yet. Just picked up a few merits in an undermining system for low value trade, though.

No idea, but the power I am working for has 3 such items. Be sure you grabbed the right kind. Which I assume you did since it isn't your frist time dropping off there.
