Expedited ship and module transfers - credit sink

I think adding a couple of tiers to the ship and module transfer system would make sense, sort of like expedited shipping with Amazon orders. This would come at increased cost, which would make for a nice credit sink.

The way transfer costs currently work is a base transfer cost (100 cr) plus an additional amount based on the distance you wish to fetch your property from and the value of said property. You would only pay the base cost for modules and ships that have 0 cr value, like awarded and unlocked modules (i.e. pre-engineered), or pre-built ships with a complete suite of stock modules. This base cost disregards distance.

I envision another 2 tiers like this:
Normal tier (current transfer) - same as existing
Faster tier - 2x faster transfer, base cost 10m, 4x distance/value cost multiplier
Fastest tier - 4x faster transfer, base cost 100m, 16x distance/value cost multiplier

To make a couple of examples, transferring my fully kitted Krait II over a distance of ~400Ly (i.e. in-bubble):
Normal (current) - 1 hr 15 min, cost 4.5m cr
Faster - 37 min, cost 28m cr
Fastest - 19 min, cost 172m cr

A fully combat fit Type-10 over the same distance of 400Ly:
Normal (current) - 1 hr 15 min, cost 15m cr
Faster - 37 min, cost 70m cr
Fastest - 19 min, cost 340m cr

As you can see the cost is significant, on par with the full cost of the ship itself including modules. Foolishly overusing this can quickly bankrupt you. Now let's take a look at a more extreme example.

To transfer an equivalent Krait II from Colonia to the bubble, ~22,000Ly:
Normal (current) - 61 hr, cost 190m cr
Faster - 30.5 hr, cost 770m cr
Fastest - 15 hr, cost 3.14b cr

Transfering a Type-10 from Colonia to the bubble using the fastest method would cost 10.2 billion cr. The exhorbitant cost is part of the design, to give pause and consideration to any who would spam this feature. However, it is a handy tool for people with a modest amount of cr to spare who wish to make their life in the bubble more accessible.

Nope. Actually simulate transport (this game is a sim of some kind right?). If we want to create different charges for faster services that come out of that, that's a different issue.
