Expedition/Scientist question

I'm in the 3rd campaign where you start to do expeditions and I can't quite figure out why this one expedition for 1 Brachiosaurus won't work.

The requirements says 13/6 and 6/2 so I thought I had enough scientists to do the expedition. But in the second photo, in the bottom right corner it says...

...requirements are 0/6 and 0/2. I'm curious why I can't do the expedition and how many scientists does it take because the "Start task" button always says "Requirements not satisfied".

You need to select the scientists you want to send out on that expedition, as long as none are selected the bar won’t fill.

Ok, when I click on any of them, even double click, all I get to click on is their "Staff Options" which is a bio and to fire them.
I guess I need to find a way to do that.

you have to klick on them on this screen:

just klick once Dawkes and Saqqaf and the start task button should be blue

Thanks, it's working. I just had to click on more than 1 to get the Task button to show up.

....And that's what I mean when I said "The tutorial doesn't tell you how to do things - it tells you just that you have to do them."
It would be nice, if you could "ask" ingame why something doesn't work for you (by pressing a button for help and then getting expicitly shown what to do). And that's not "holding hand" but something we could do previously by reading the manual (before they were cut down to "do or die").
