You need to search for AX (Aegis eXperimental) technologies

AG-0001 - AX Xeno Scanner (allows you to scan thargoids)
AG-0002 - AX Missle Launcher (to damage thargoids)
AG-0003 - AX Multi-cannon (to damage thargoids)
AG-0004 - AX Anti Shutdown Field Neutralizer (To keep them from shutting you down.)

There is also another weapon produced by the Aegis Initiative, the Remote Flak Release Launcher, however, this doesn't count against you as an "Anti Alien" weapon, so you can equip it along with a missile launcher and multi-cannon.

Right now there are no Engineering Mods for any of this yet, but keep an eye on the Aegis Initiative's scientists as they are expected to roll out new modules and modifications in the weeks and months to come.
