Explain me something...

I have seen a couple of post lately where we have a care bear crying because they got ganked in open and I have seen gankers being a bunch of cry babies because nobody wants to play with them in open. Meanwhile, here I am, playing in open not getting instantly ganked to death when being a 1000ly radius of Felicity Farseer old ass, randomly finding other commanders that don't give a pickle for my existence and in some rare cases, if I'm lucky enough, they o7 back. Why are you crying so much?

Why are you crying about people crying, you crybaby?

That's what I enjoy about Elite. Want risk? Play in Open without blocks. Want relatively stress-free gaming? Play Solo or in private groups.

Meanwhile, Star Citizen is all but controlled by jackasses with nothing better to do than ruin other folks' gameplay.

Seems like that's a big brain conclusion to get to for many in this community.

I think a refreshing little stroll through the next community goal systems will be in order...

Game's advertised as 'blaze your own trail' & always has been.

That's what I do.....play how I want to play.......players will have messaged me lots of times, when in the same System as me.......TBH I hardly ever notice & read any chat sent to me while playing, because....you know....I'm blazing my own trail, in my own little immersion bubble

Given how huge just the bubble alone is, I don't think it's that unlikely to never encounter a ganker. I've been playing for over a thousand hours and it's only happened to me once, not in ShinDez or Deciat, but in Colonia. Which makes sense as that place is a lot smaller than the bubble, so it's easier for gankers to find prey. They are also a minority of players and they like to hang out in specific systems, so that they don't have to wait too long for an inexperienced player in a weak ship to come by. You just sound like you've been lucky so far.

Others may not be so.
