Exploding a rock beside npc

Yes, it will. It was tested in beta and I doubt FD changed that behaviour that quickly.

Do it. Kind of like shooting the ammo when someone gets near it in Unreal. What I call an "Artful kill" best done from a distance with a sniper weapon.

I gave it a boom. Luckily the npc were over 2.5km away, so no harm. Maybe a little shaken, but no damage.
