Exploration and mapping - add the name of the commander who did a detailed scan

Should be a trivial thing to add - if someone does a detailed scan of a stellar object, let the commander have their name noted down in a line e.g. at the bottom of the data readout of that object in the system view? Letting intrepid explorers put their mark on the galaxy in a small way.

there was another thread about the pilot being able to name the system itself, which will only lead
to ignorant and derogatory names, but including the pilots name who first discovered the system
is a nice thing to include in the data. i totally support this. :)

This would, of course, be the name of the pilot who scanned the object *and* sold the data before anyone else could do the same.

Other people would see the name when they discover the system for themselves or buy the relevant exploration data.

In addition, all stars *are* discovered, sort of, every star in the galaxy is already visible in the galaxy map. It's just the details that aren't there until someone goes out and makes an effort to find out about them.
