If I ever decide to return to populated space, can I sell off all my exploration data at once, or is there a limit?

Take a look behind you. Isn't that a load of large octagonal ships following you, with a myriad of smaller hexagonal ones?

Erm, that looks like one of the Thargon battle moons! Nobody knows how many they have got, but they can support a fleet capable of subduing 10 systems simultaneously, with reserves for another 5 systems. That makes things interesting.
I would go exploring with no weapons wouldn't I?!

Try turning around, and opening the comms channels. "Hi, I am with the Jehovah's Witnesses". They will either blast you from the Galaxy, or flee!

Trying to upload of all my data before the next patch, they might all just vanish if i do not. Been at it over 9 hours yesterday and i want to reach 400,000 scanned level 3 planets.

Maybe we've not seen the Thargoids because something FAR WORSE (erm, and worse even than us when we tried to wipe them out. Can't blame them for being a tad miffed!) wiped them out and is on its way for us. Eek!

I assume populated space will be the first hit, so I'm safe out in the void! Unless, they're already out here...observing my route...eeek!
What you mean vanish when patch hits!? Has this happened before? I just left Sag A and most likely won't be back before either of the next patches.
I'd sell off the data at a number of stations, I managed to jump my rep to friendly with a couple of minor factions after my second trip just by selling exploration data. With the amount of data you'll have after this trip you should be able to get on the good side of a few minor factions
