who cares there's nothing to shoot once you get 500 Ly out....damn now i need a reference point for the 500 Ly....

Damn weird explorers almost as bad as those traders... PEW PEW....

In Pleiades i was interdicted by an anaconda. Doesn't seem to happen frequently, maye more frequently if you drop out of SC near a planet.
Want to combine sightseeing with pew-pew? MAIA is your system (there's also a boring black hole in there, and i never herad somebody trying to pew-pew one).

I also use sol as a reference point. It just.. Makes sense. (I've only been there once.)
Logan 5 : I've had an exploration kitted asp sitting in my home system for months and I've just never seen the point in it, besides, I was having such a blast with vulture! ��

I measure from my parked ship. Sol is too much effort to find.

I bought a sidewinder and left it parked in Sol specifically as a marker on the galaxy map. Currently over 1300ly towards the edge and heading much further out.
