Exploration income in 3.3

Before 3.3 dropped there was a wonderful infographic someone posted that had each type of planet and star with their corresponding value in credits... Both non terraformable and terraformable. Is that infographic still up to date?

Before a ELW would be like 300k and scanned like 650k, is it about the same now, just that probing would get you the most value? Do you get 2 bonuses for both discovering and mapping for even more credits?

Excellent question about mapping rewards.

As for terraformable, I cannot fathom a way to recongnize them in the new exploration mechanics, unless an explorer has been there before when I can use distance. Do they even pay differently now?

You get one reward for discovering a world via FSS, and another reward for mapping it with probes. My 4-day jaunt around the galaxy last week netted me 500M credits, which isn't a bad reward at all in my book.

Terraformable status cannot be detected with the FSS before you actually scan the object, then it'll tell you whether or not the planet is terraformable.

There is a thread in the Exploration sub-forum where they are trying to establish these levels.

I believe the zoomed FSA image only tells you if it is terraformable if it is the first of that type you have "discovered". Otherwise you have to look at the body's description in the system map.

Oh I didn't know there was that much activity on that subject forum. I just found out that you can now link PS4 accounts with edsm too lol....

Thanks for the info
