Hi. Does anyone know where (or if) to find a list of planet values in Exploration? I don't explore for the credits but it would be nice to know how much I'll make when I eventually get back to the bubble

I you mean can you find a list of your uncashedin exploration data then no.
This has been something of an annoyance for a while but I suspect part of the problem is that cash value is indeterminate until you actually cash in - someone might discover or map something first.
This wouldn't stop FD listing your unreported discoveries without a cash value but hey ho.
If you are looking for a chart or other resource providing a description of the rough value of different bodies... Well, in game no, out of the game yes, various have been produced. The community produced resources might be out of date at the moment what with the recent fairly extensive changes. I'm sure someone will find a link...
As an aside things you scan on planets (and elsewhere?) with the new substance scanner thing gives you a fixed credit reward for each new item - that is helpfully listed in your transactions panel.
