Just hit 18 mil for exploration and achieved Ranger. Of course elite is the goal but now power play has dropped its hard to stay out in outer-space.
My Ranger requirement/stats:
18mil CR earned
Visited: 1432 Systems
Level 2 scan: 126
Level 3: 2466
So far most of it was in an ASP, the python did some scanning work, got down to 80% hull - repair was $500K CR - very expensive. I will try it in the new DB Explorer next, just bought it from Rushworth Station in Pikum .
