Before I raise a ticket, I wonder if someone more learned in the game mechanics can give a view on what is happening?

I've just travelled from Wyrd to Rohini HSS scanning pretty much every system fully and surface scanning WW and ELW as I found them. It took me all of yesterday and an couple of hours this morning. Before I started I was Ranger 92% and I'm still the same despite having handed in 25,000,000 worth of data.

What gives? Bugged?

It will probably update in a little while / after you log to menu... if not try a support ticket.

I'm sure he already relogged - everyone knows to do that if things are delayed. Support ticket is right, since it's a CMDR-specific issue.

I had indeed. I wanted to check the journals anyway.

Is there a way to check what % you were at the end of sessions in the logs? In the journal I can see that exploration rank (6) has not changed but I don't see the % mentioned. This would be useful for the ticket.

Just imagine if you used your time to continue exploring instead of spamming tickets - you could be elite by now

It's definitely in there somewhere, though I can't remember where. Possibly one of the "log in" events?

Just to let everyone know this is now sorted. I raised the ticket but there was no need for them to do anything. I was credited with the exploration rank several days later out of the blue when I logged in apparently before they'd even looked at the ticket.
