Please think about changing colour of the bar for planets/moons you have surface scanned, or adding an icon (example attached) next to the distance for the planet or moon in the system navigation menu, to quickly identify if the planet is scanned or not by you, when you are scanning a system.
So when its scanned it shows it so you dont have to go in and out of secondary selection menu for the body its self to see if scanned = yes, or no.
