Exploration why some and not others?

I go to systems and they have nothing to find and have fed outpost.

Go to another and it's unexplored but also has fed outpost?

If it's unexplored does that literally mean no one else has been there? Or is it just random...

I'm guessing no, half the unexplored systems have stations and what not. Also I've jumped into unexplored systems only to find other players. My guess would be that it is a separate thing for each person, all set to one master setup. But who knows...

I mean how can a system already setup with stations and outpost be "unexplored". This makes no sense to me. So I can explore a system with a fed outpost and then sell that info to another fed outpost. What am i... running a scam ova here?

its unexplored by you, and their is no data on the op[en market, doesnt mean others didnt explored it and kept the ionfo for themselfs

Aye, but think of it as lots of little countries in space. Lets say you discover an island and you are from the UK, just because you discovered it does not mean that Spain (for example) knows everything about that Island. So if I then discovered the same Island and can sell the discovery to spain... and so on. That's how I think of it.
