Considering its been going a month with little traction I see no reason to panic. Also I'd like a small outpost/station system (just the one) somewhere in the black near a neutron star/black hole/nebula... You know, for science!
I think a whole system as proposed is ludicrous however.

I'd personally say have it towards heart and Soul Nebula or towards the rim. No need to make it too easy for amateur explorers to get to the core

I don't really see a problem with expanding out to the Pleiades.
I've always assumed my exploration data is being purchased for the sake of exploitation.
Also, considering FDevs current priorities I doubt this will be happening for the next year at least.

Just hit the black...and only go to The Bubble if absolutely necessary. LOL

It's fine with me. There's plenty of space for us to explore. I'm currently scanning in the Pleiades nebula, came across my first two black holes, and like 12 stars in one system. My issue is that they're going to bring their war to the quiet part of space. I feel like an old man irritated by young people and their loud music

My aim is not for anything like that to happen, if I were to get any control. Merope is one of my favorite star systems. I explored it in my Python over a month ago, and the peace found in the Merope A 4 belt was awesome. After I had killed the auto-spawned pirate, of course.

I'd be very happy is Li-Yong Ru can get over there and capture it, I just want some form of little livable economy happening over there.

of course it would be enoying if the new system would get a magnet for griefers but tbh i doubt it - at least not for long. what i really like about the idea is that our exploring data would be of some use.
