Right now, I am on exploration mission and there are few thing that annoying me.

First, and probably very easily to fix, make an option to make orbital lines permanent, not fading.

Second, make it possible to select target from system map.

PS Also, it would be really cool to have system maps like this: http://cdn.pcgamesn.com/sites/default/files/elite99234.jpg
But I'm sure that it is already in to-do list.

Targetting from the system map was possible in the original elite. I don't like having to open the nav panel again to target the station I want after reaching the system I jumped to, I should be able to target the station directly from the system map before I jump and have it already locked when I arrive. It's no different to plotting a multiple jump course, the next system on the route is already targeted, why not the same for a station?
