When your are on your chair and using a HOTAS/HOSAS, is easy; one can configure the commands to his liking, on an advanced way.

however

Is there a way to "honk the horn", without the need to long press the trigger, when on a xbox/ps4 controller + iPad?

I'm thinking beyond using sticky products, the only option is using a minion if you have one to hand - siblings or children are ideal, but take care as it's a risky choice still.
