External Cam Controls

How do I activate the external cam in the beta 1.2 ? Can't see the buttons.

CTRL + ALT + Space bar - the camera controls are the same as you ship.

Since getting a hotas the debug cam no longer works, the spacebar is bound to 'UI select panel' by default and I overridden the bind when setting up the joystick, however rebinding the spacebar UI select panel does not fix the problem, I'm stumped?

HAHA: There is a bind in the control setup, I thought it was a special key combo but you can assign anything to it.
