External Views in Horizons

Hi :)
.
Having watched a recent video clip where an external camera slowly pans away from a ship which is positioned on a planet, it obviously highlights the massive scale of the background play area.
At the moment, the player can use the de-bug camera to view the ship and it's surroundings, but it's limited to a fairly small distance away from the ship.
I'm wondering whether a player will be able to experience views similar to the ones shown in the video actually in the Horizons Expansion game, or will the player be only able to view the ship and it's surroundings as we currently have now.
I personally would like to be able to utilize a camera similar to what was used in the video, but I'm doubtful that this will be actually available to the player in Horizons?
.

We won´t. why? because then we could find stuff without going there. Exploring could be done without srv or ship. They want us to go there and use our ship/srv to look for stuff.

i think one day we will have it in game, especially once walking around mechanics come to play...surely its a basic gameplay mechanic to implement a 3rd person cam aswell?
who knows one day it may well be done

I've only given it a few seconds thought so it's probably a stupid idea, but maybe a recording of your planetary session, perhaps with a record button (that is 'on hold' a while in advance for the player to record good bits) that can be played back from an external camera view like in racing car games after the race.

Definitely wouldn't be a priority though ;)

I'll beat the dead horse one more time.

Add "ship spinning" in Hangar a'la Eve, WT, WoT. Mouse controlled full free cam: rotate, pan, zoom....the lot
That way people can at least fully appreciate their ships and paint jobs in stations/outposts, and it wouldn't compromise actual game play in any way, shape or form.
The only consequence i can see from it are possibly increased skin sales.
