That's ridiculous IMHO
My FDL cost about that much for the same distance. The cost is a mix between distance needed to travel, Jump Range, and the cost of the ship if I'm seeing things correctly.

Well, you can get paid about 1M cr for transporting 20-30 t of cargo 20 ly.
