Extra stuff for Beta Players?

So, I didn't back the game, but have been looking forward to the release for a while. Yesterdays email said there were extra benefits for being a beta player, but did not mention what they were.

If I spend the £50 to get beta Access, other that playing the game a month early(i can wait) what benefits will i get?

You get some exclusive paint jobs but we don't know what they are yet. You also get a free Eagle in addition to your Sidewinder when the game goes live and you also get access to the Sol system (non-backers have to grind reputation to go there).

Basically in my honest opinion it's not worth buying into beta now, because it's so close to being released. Unless you are suffering from attention deficit disorder like I do, then you just go and buy it now because .. you can

These are the benefits for preorders, with or without buying into the beta (aside from the permit).

For beta backers the only thing they've confirmed is the Sol permit, and mentioned "other lasting benefits" (whatever that means). As usual they keep us completely in the dark so it's anyone's guess.

£50 = Beta(till the 22nd Nov) + Gamma(till launch) + Game + mercenary extras + you keep your cash/progress after start of Gamma
£35 = per order Game + mercenary extras
£39.99 = After Launch Price + no extras

Is that part about the progress during Gamma being taken over to release confirmed (i must of missed it if it is)? Awesome if it is, for Beta backers, that is.
