Extreme noob, first tutorial help

Really silly but how do you navigate the menu to un-dock in the very first tutorial? I've tried QE WASD and quite literally pressed every key on the keyboard and can't seem to get the menu to move so I can select "return to surface" in the 'Training Station'. Sad part is I have actually done this tutorial once before when I first bought the beta and while I do recall having this same problem I do remember actually figuring it out then but now I can't seem to.

Sorry for the super noob question I got the beta maybe a month ago but only ever played once and only the first 2 or 3 tutorials. With the release coming up though I figured I'd practice my flying a little.

If you're using a joystick remember to try all those buttons too.

Maybe your best bet is to go into options/controls and see how it's mapped

So seems I figured it out, for some reason none of my keys are mapped to anything, even when I select the preset "keyboard and mouse" all my bindings are blank which is why nothing I was trying did anything. My mouse look and stuff works but nothing for flight controls or menu navigation is set for some reason. Really don't feel like manual setting all of these, is this some type of issue with Gamma 2.0?

Yes it is, some controles are lost and you need to re-bind them in keymapper

boost
landing
cockpit menu
etc...

prety boring but only took me 5 mins to fix it
