FA Off Orbiting Guide

That looks very good. I'll have to practice this as FA-off with a HOTAS can be hard to control the pitch and yaw whilst arguing with boost and downward thrust. I just figured if I boosted I'd be flying towards the goid and it'd cancel out most of the downward thrust. Seems not.

I know only two players that fly with HOTAS. From what I've heard from them, it's all about setting up the right "curves".

I'm a keyboard+mouse man myself =)

Nice vid CMDR. I'm not sure about my ability to pull it off (well I am and it's reasonably small) but at least I have a good starting point.

I thought it would be easier to fly FA off with a joystick because of the input reset when you release it to its neutral position. Mouse has that option too but then it makes FA on a pain. It would be great to have a toggle mouse reset button...

Yes, going back to FA on with the mouse is a pain. It's a continuous headache while flying in supercruise. I've mitigated that problem by having a PS3 controller on the side, which is more responsive in SC than the mouse.
