Is there any way to turn it off? I toggle between fa on and off quite frequently in combat. The voice telling me every time i toggle is really irritating...

Yeah you can turn any voice response off in the Audio settings.

Yes. Look in the Audio section of Settings, and there's a lot of things you can disable.

You can turn off the voice notification in the options menu, I don't think you can disable the notification beep.
