Has anyone used Facetracknoir im trying to set it up but can not figure it out whats so ever

When I first used this with just a webcam I found the tracking wasn't accurate enough and using it made me nauseous. I then bought a Delan clip which you can use with facetracknoir and I can't recommend it highly enough. You can buy it with a ps3 eye camera and you get full instructions how to set it up with facetracknoir. The price is very reasonable too.

The main thing im haveing trouble with it is half the time it cant see my face and if it does it loses track of it and cant get it back.
