Faction Problems?

I seem to be having an issue with the Federal Congress. I've been doing many missions for them, and according to my standings interface, it says I'm Friendly with them (see attached image link). The only thing I can think of that may be causing this is that I might have shot at someone affiliated with Federal Congress. I was exploring USSes and came across someone who was wanted, the next time I visited Daedalus, the station was red to me, and I'm seeing lots of Federal Ships in Sol that are red to me as well. I managed to dock with Daedalus without a problem, but I just wondered if that was the issue, or if there's something else wrong. And, what can I do to clear the issue, since it doesn't appear I have any fines with them to pay to clear my name? Thanks!

What? Does no one have any answers for me? I'd really like to stop speed-docking at Daedalus and Li Qing Jao and avoiding all the other Federal Congress ships. I've been doing a ton of missions for the Federal Congress, and my reputation is still Friendly, but they still seem to not like me.... maybe I should just let them blow me up and that'll help...

If you're friendly with them they should be green.... in fact, the only time I've seen ships go red, and I haven't been past unfriendly with anybody yet, is when I've killed some faction at a nav point, which usually resets after a bit, or I get scanned doing something dodgy, and then only in that instance. Try logging out and logging back in and see if that solves it. If not, sounds like a more serious bug..... ticket it. Maybe scoot to a different system for a bit and do something else until it gets cleared up.
