I’m working on Faction ranks atm and there should be a Decal for every rank. It is really disappointing when all you get is a text message informing you of your rise in status.
Picture this, you just get promoted and receive an incoming vid message informing you of your promotion and that you now have access to sector XYZ and why. If it’s a rank where you get access to a new ship then a similar message is appropriate but the ship should be free, you are working for them after all.
when you finally hit the top tier a cutscene of some sort of award/parade ceremony should make the achievement more memorable than just Meh.

When I reach King, I expect a video of a 21 Cutter salute along with me receiving my crown.
In fact, seeing as I'm a Duke I demand my own system as a personal Duchy.
