There are some elements with trusting the high-rep players more and are laxer with ship-scans, (but it's not advertised to the player).
Discounts I think are there too? (but again there is no in-game Player messaging to inform them).
I think services should also be dynamic (black market) being denied outfitting "weapons" if you are on an opposing side of the faction running the port.
But a simple graphical flourish,
Better parking, give us premium and sexier hangers.
