But does completing missions/passenger missions lower your rep with one faction lower your rep with others??
Generally speaking, completing missions for a specific faction will raise your reputation with that faction. If a mission has an objective such as destroying pirates or skimmers from a different faction, then your reputation with that target faction will suffer. Delivery missions and the like should increase your reputation with both the mission giver, and the faction that you are delivering the goods to.
If you fail or abandon a mission, your reputation with the mission giving faction will fall.
