Community Event / Creation Factions That Don't Work With Corporations?

Pretty much what the title says. Are there any minor factions in the game that refuse to deal with corporations? I was honestly surprised that even COMMUNISTS will deal with them, so now I have to know.

Do you mean in the context of Player Minor Factions and their agenda and actions (role play style)?

Or NPC factions via some in-game mechanics?
