So I have a really stupid question. I have been playing for about a year now and i hear alot of talk about people saying they've created minor factions... How do you do this? I also saw a video (Trailer) on starport building. Can you build star ports or prepare random systems to be habited? can you create a minor faction and have a star port as well? I am sorry if these are stupid questions but ive been meaning to ask for awhile and i figuredi would look it up online but i just find reddit posts and nothing really answering my question directly.
