Will preforming a factory reset on my pc delete my elite dangerous account and/or save ?

You won't lose your save, your commander is stored on the server.
You would have to reinstall Elite Dangerous and re-login to your account.
You will lose anything stored locally like key bindings etc.* You might want to back those up first.
*There are some oddities like losing the data for visited systems on the galaxy map.
I'm not to boa out key binds.
It was the save itself, over 1200 hours.
As long as the save it on the server then I'll be happy.
As they said, it won't delete your account, that is with FDEV and nothing you do on your end will affect that, but just keep in mind everything else will be gone, including documents and pictures, screenshots...everything. So backup not just Elite stuff but everything else important to you.

Yes you will be able to login to your commander when you reinstall. Your save won't be lost.
On the pc there is nothing else important. The pc us solely for ED
Space boots?
