Horizons Failed Mission

Dunno if I did something wrong but I failed a mission as soon as I took it?

Was a delivery from Fujin to Ki for just over 1Mcr... When I checked the mail it was blank bar "Hidden Contact"... When I checked the transactions tabs it was blank bar "Hidden Contact"

Any ideas?

This is a known and very widespread bug introduced by the latest patch. If you look on the PC and Mac bug forum there is a thread running to about 10 pages. The Devs are aware of it and hopefully a solution will be found fairly soon
