Pink Viper error when attempting to scan a biological sample (After Update 18.09)

Playing fine before Update However, After 18.09 Update Scanning new Bios worked fine for first 2 Samples On 3rd Sample it reports Scanned (as Screenshot), however crashes the computer before it logs it. It Reported Pink Viper Error. Rebooting PC, relogging in it now Now reports Pink Viper on...
