Failed transaction for new ship at Jameson Memorial, Founder's world. Anyone else?

I tried swapping my Asp for an Orca. When I click the final transaction button for the trade in, it does everything it should ("Stand by, screen dims) but then it boots me back to the station services menu. I have already created a ticket, but has anybody else had this problem yet?

I have never had problems with swapping ships, can you try buying it at another location? Not sure about the orca as never had an interest in it.

Because the costs are about 10% less at the station I traded up from an ASP to a Python at Jameson, but got ripped off for an extra 5 Mil Cr over the price shown (it's bug reported) - if you are very close to the amount that the new ship costs it could be that you don't actually have enough to buy it as the price shown is not actually what you end up paying here!

Ah yes, that is precisely the issue. I have just under 5 mil more than the 10% discounted price. Damn... So I lost 10% of my Asp when I switched (as a test) to a viper. Beware of this bug CMDRs.

Yer just hit this bug too while upgrading from a cobra to an asp and it said that i would have 1 mill left like planed it but when i bought it i hade 160k left and now i dont dear fly it if i crash.
