so I download the game on steam and I see two messages the first one I fixed easily the graphic drivers update error, but then the second one ( still haven't fixed ) is the failure to save error which I went onto your website saved link as like it said to do an it was just an internet file that I couldn't open or do anything with and so even though I bought the game 3 days ago I haven't been able to play it properly, no YouTube videos no nothing anywhere at all how to fix it. pls help.

On picture 3, the blue button will take you to Frontier support where you can open a ticket with them, if you haven't done that already that's probably your best bet.

That save error thing you've been doing I assume is for saved games failing, not the entire game folder.
Do you already have games from steam downloaded? And you have room on your hdd?

You don't seem to be following the instructions - there's no screenshot of your Saved Games area (hint: It's not downloads). But yeah, maybe get support to send you the file to fix it if you can't find it yourself.
