Fallout 4

Is the Fallout 4 Creation Kit similar to the Skyrim one? I'd like to try rolling a few of my own mods once I've played the game a bit.

Bethesda games wouldn't be nearly as fun without mods. :)

Agreed, and I think Bethesda knows that their games wouldn't be half as popular without mods.

Not entirely sure, but Skyrim and FO4 share the same engine, the Creation Engine, so I would be surprised if the mod editors are very different.

Yes it is very similar but with some changes and improvements. It is rather easy to create your own mods with it but can get rather complex depending on the type of mod you are creating.

Great summary of the problems that Bethesda introduced into their 'Elder Scrolls formula' in Fallout 4. Gopher is one of the best sources for Bethesda and modding discussion on YouTube and I find his videos quite fair and insightful.

My biggest problem with bethesda their game engine, god knows how many years they are using it, and there are still no 5.1 support, and when i play with the game its annoys the hell out of me every time i have to talk with someone. There is just no dialoge sound!

They've used their own engine since 2011 (with an exception of their prehistoric engines from the 90s). Before that, they used to buy engines, like Gamebryo (Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3).
What's great about Bethesda's Creation Engine is the modding support. Without mods, Bethesda doesn't have much to offer in terms of storylines, visuals or complex gameplay mechanics.

This much is true, but for that i don't hear the man standing affront of me, and talk, unless i dumb down my sound system to stereo. But that's just a workaround.

FWIW, I've been playing nothing much but Fallout 4 for the last few weeks (on Survival mode) and it still entertains me while most other games have fallen by the wayside. The single complaint I have is that Survival needs a pseudo fast-transport option (like the excellent motorcycle mod for Fallout 3) that could become available about level 30. The hard-core real-time travel is good up to then, but in the mid-game phase it becomes a chore and needs to be balanced. Other than that, still a Top Ten game.

You don't have a centre speaker? If so, is it unticked in the Windows playback devices control panel?

We talking about the same thing, and its not unticked. My guess it's because we talking about an old analog cable creative inspire 5.1 No digital input, and somehow the FO4 engine deals with the sound differently, output channel swap or something like this? It can happened if you install reinstall your audio driver, with a different version of it.
