Fame and status credit earning revamp.

Thing is progression in ED suck donkey balls and is completely broken, guy in sidewinder can go to 400M/hr gold rush and instant win game. Then there are people with big ships that are only left to hope for gold rushes to earn some credits to enjoy game.

I suggest fame and status progression system that would make powerplay interresting for the first time!

First of all you have exploration, trading and combat ratings.
Let's start with new player that can take missions that pay 1k-10k credits as a baseline.

You have 9 skill ranks for each. That makes 8 set ups for each rank.
Each rank increases payout by 10%.
Trading peddler gets 20% bonus to payout. Trading novice + combat novice gets 100%*1.2*1.2 gets 44% payout bonus so now he earns 14k credit max.
Max bonus is 583.2% that pushes us to 58.3k credits payout baseline just from those 3 ranks.

Then you have 14 naval ranks. (neutrals assume highest scored rank or could just add neutral force rank or something)
So that would be another multiplicative bonus 583.2*2.4 (because 140+100) now we are at 1400% so 140K payout.

Now we have karma bonus. -50% 0% +50% (bad neutral good) bad from murdering innocent players, neutral for blending in and not doing anything special, good karma for being good summeritan that helps famine/outbreak etc.

This either gets us to 700% bad 2100% (70k-210k payout)

Fame and status ship ownership - 10% extra payout for having 3 different small ships + 10% having 3 different medium ships +10% having 3 big ships (landing pads)

We are at 2730% payout rate.

Now we get that depth everyone keeps talking about.
Is it bad to have bad karma or neutral karma? Depends!

Bad karma gets 500% bonus payout in: Lockdown,Civil Unrest,Conflicts - 5460%
Good karma gets 100% bonus in Outbreak,Expansion,Famine - 5460%
Neutral karma gets 200% bonus in: Retreat,Investment,Boom,Bust - 4200%

Factions bonuses:

300% Allied
200% Friendly
100% Cordial
0% Neutral
-25% Unfriendly
-50% Hostile

Best case to worst case (from 5460%) 2100% - 21840% (2.184M payout)

And now it's time to choose mr. Freeman! Join power play it'll be fun!
Joining your power gains immense wealth and misery.
Rank 1 - +100% in your power -10% in neutral -25% in enemy powers
Rank 2 - +200% in your power -20% in neutral -35% in enemy powers
Rank 3 - +300% in your power -30% in neutral -45% in enemy powers
Rank 4 - +400% in your power -40% in neutral -55% in enemy powers
Rank 5 - +600% in your power -50% in neutral -75% in enemy powers (so 152880% - 15.28M base payout)

More fame bonus: every 100M in your asset worth increase your bonus by 1%.

Now you have, starting feeling of progression, you have endgame and reason to join power (or reason to avoid it).

Base payout can be tweaked by mission difficulty too.

1-10k for easy missions, 10k-50k medium difficulty or length, 50-100k for hard missions.
With max multipliers and assuming 1 000 000 000cr wealth.

16 816 800cr easy missions max rank, 84 084 000cr medium missions, 168 168 000cr for hard missions.
Without caring about power play:
2 402 400cr, 12 012 000cr, 24 024 000cr respectively.

Easy mission - 10 minutes, Medium mission 30 minutes, Hard mission hour+.

Mission stacking? Don't count 1 kill for all stacked missions and you're pretty much good!

Extra passangers bonus:
Bad karma gets bonus 100% for tranporting criminals and mafia bosses, -50% for VIP and normal passengers
Neutral karma gets 25% bonus for criminals and mafia bosses (but decreases your karma)
Good karma gets 100% bonus for VIP passangers, refugees (increases karma), but -50% for criminals transport.
