Famine Systems, Distribution Centres.

I have been to 4 famine systems today and not one has a distribution centre, what am I doing wrong? I have checked the Nav Beacons and I have POI's and Signal Sources checked in the Filter panel.

Try more. Higher Pop systems seem to work better for me, but might be selection bias.

Well, obviously not, if you've never found a Distribution Centre - they are the place to do it

Thanks for the tip Factabulous, but that didn't help either. Dyaushibi system has a population of 1.8 Billion and still no Distribution Centre.
