I wanted to get a bunch of encoded mats for trading and engineering but I can not find a single famine state for datamind wakes.

Does know of any good ways to find these places of get some good high grade encoded mats quickly or have a spot you go to to get encoded mats.

Wake farming when no famine systems?

Where do you farm wakes when there's no famine systems with distribution centers? Seems there is none atm within the bubble. Yesterday I went to apparently "crowded" Shinrarta in the Open. It was quite OK for some time, but when hollow squares were gone, so were most wakes. PS Thanks to...
