Fan magazine design

Hello Devs,
I want to design a magazine about Elite dangerous that everyone can read online. Since I designed it alone, I will publish it every 2 months. Reports with youtubers and cmdrs. In-game activities.
Places that can be visited. Like tips on Elite dangerous. I will add the information on Galnet to the journal. It will be completely online and free. I have to find out if this is going to be a problem. I will not do it if it is against company policies.

I suggest getting some hints and tips from the already existing publications on what's acceptable and what's not acceptable.

I would find a spinning page difficult to read. Unless we are talking about one of those paddle-like hand fans.
