Hi all,

Posted this on my blog but it was suggested I share it here as there are some great artists among the fans :)

It is a paid commission - I am looking for someone who can draw/paint rather than just a planet/3D modeler....

Thats a nice offering to the community. I can barely write my own name and have it look presentable but there seem to be tonnes of budding artists here.

Hows the book coming along?

both jenner and mobius do good drawy things and in sure there are others. personly my 'stick men' dont look like men or even sticks :eek:

I Would love to put something together but my work is more manipulating many pictures into one, so unless I could use fd artwork to photoshop I'm not sure what I can offer, though if I was to recommend anyone it would have to be Josh Atack who has a great portfolio and also works for frontier, you should be able to contact him via these forums,

Yeah, like Mobius I only take existing artwork and rework it, so I can't offer you anything original. Good luck!

Only if you want to be featured on the back cover, locked up in the 1.5-g correctional facilities inside Slough.... we take celestial fly tipping very seriously ;P

Thanks for the replies.. Have had a couple of great applications so far. This is actually something that my nosy parker backers get to help me decide (the private forum tier level) so I'm looking forward to getting all the applications in then getting some help and putting it to the vote :)

Friend of mine does awesome stuff with airbrush. I'll ask if he's interested. Here's something he has done hanging at our bar (unfortunately taken with a b/w filter and fisheye lens):

My goodness you've won it hands down. How can Kate resist, job done, she won't need to look further.
