I hate to point out the obvious but ye just contradicted yerself.

True story...ye know the recent surge in hate crime and racist attacks on property isnt actually about race at all...its about control. Certain minority sections are muscling in on the street level stuff...when a certain house is targetted, the fact the guys a foreigner has nothing to do with motive but more like a warning and an order to stop or else.

Now, because of the way the housing executive is setup here, anyone with a police statement to backup the claimant wishes to move address because of intimidation gets moved to the top of the priority list. The result being ye get a good house in a good area...the scams been used many times before and because of the political climate here, extremely difficult to prove as fraud.

Ergo the more publicity and public outcry at the supposed 'racist attack', the better their chances of bumping that priority list.

Part of the reason why there is so little of the easterrn europe crime gangs here is because we already have home grown gangs who are extremely well established and still very much active, despite what the rest of the world thinks. What we do have is a fairly serious housing shortage and people will try every scam in the book to bump the list...I did this meself over 20 years ago after I was told to leave belfast or else, got a new house in a new town within the week and its the one time Ill happily cooperate with the police.

Having a m8 throw a brick through the window when the kids are in more or less seals the deal cos the news crews descend on a story like that like vultures. I dont even blame them fer doing it cos we did it before they arrived...some still do although the methods are more extreme these days as competition is fierce.

We got enough problems here without taking on more, but by all means, so long as they integrate into our society and learn the language and respect the beliefs, then I got no issues with them whatsoever. I even have a few m8s who are Polish and ones a big Russian I used to work with years ago...that guy can drink and party just as hard as anyone I know and hes got a seriously hard left hook that just stuns ye every time. I got no issues with anyone regardless where they from...unless they start messing around, then we might develope issues but that applies to anyone regardless their nationality.

I do see meself as having many right wing ideals but I am not racist...at least I dont regard myself as such. This puts me at odds with others I know but some things are just wrong no matter what side the fence yer on, and its not right attacking refugees trying to run from a warzone.

Maybe Im just going soft in me old age ^

Its about money...was always about money and always will be about money...even a complete moron knows that. Thats certainly the first answer yer gonna get from just about everyone I know...most people dont even need time to think about the answer...its the worst kept secret in history ^

No, a typo. I should have typed "for" but instead typed against. I'm really tired at the moment due to personal circumstances which may or may not be awesome. We should be finding out in a week or two. So tired, yet too excited to sleep... crap what a week.

The race crime spiked post ref. If people attack foreigners merely for being foreigners that's explicit racism. No amount of false moustaches can disguise it.

mix mix mix mix mix, I did my part, everywhere I traveled as a young man I tried to mix as much as i could :D

now settled, with a black mama (my beautiful wife for many may years) my kids are mixed, and that is good in my book.
however racism can also be from both sides, we have encountered that a few times during our marriages.

Yeah I know.
A black friend of mine married a white girl and returned to the land of his father, Curacao.
They returned to Europe after two years of grief, because they where harassed and discriminated, because of their mixed marriage.
Sadly stupidity is everywhere.

Is Freedom of choice not appealing? self governance and not being ruled by a foreign ruler not register with people??

If Countries wanted to break away from EU.. then the Marches for independence allow for momentum to be built up... and more support to be established

Everything in your life revolves around economy. You wouldn't be on the internet without it. The internet wouldn't have existed without it.
The arguments against the EU is just, I want to say uneducated, but that feels like an insult to the word.

This is completely false. And concerning the domain of economy (which is a domain among other values in the life), it must be regulated, moderated and above all shared (which is far from the case in the EU)

Threads like this helps me prove my point to some of my friends here in the U.S. that think Europe is some type of Star Trek utopia and that the U.S. should follow suit. Everyone has their problems and some of them are not very different from across the pond. A lot of the news outlets in the U.S. kind of scrub out anything that doesnt make it seem like the U.S. is the only one with problems.....

The leaders of the EU are drunk off the wine of the United Nations Agenda's and too long has the UN become lost in its way!!
President Trump had a few choice words when Addressing the UN during the month of september

And what is the EU? A commonly moderated and regulated market. Without it, it's all nations against all nations. And national socialist lovers in Poland ought to have a faint memory of how that ends? Just to elaborate on why the original national socialists steam rolled Poland in a day in 1939. They did it because they maximised their economy and trade alliances for resources they needed. Economy, again.
The EU exists to keep the playing field as level as possible, to prevent one nation to do what Germany did 80 years ago.
Here's an idea that you really should consider for your own good. Stop going to 4chan-like places where the usual Russian trolls spew their idiocy, and you might get that better life-style you appear to believe you'll get if Poland goes "solo".
