Farming guardian power cells, and crystal shards. Any tips?

I need crystal shards (are these different from crystalline shards), and guardian power cells.
Any tips on collecting these. I've been collecting power cells from guardian sites, but where do I farm crystal shards?

The only way to farm guardian power cells is from destructible panels at a guardian structure site or from guardian sentinels, but that's RNG.

to farm my guardian modules, fighters, and weapons and the associated materials needed.
