FAS and Gunship cockpit - remove red and white stripe.

I have no idea whether this is a common request or not, but on my hands and knees I beg you to remove the red and white plastic stripe in the FAS and Gunship cockpits.

I feel what could be one of the best looking cockpits in the game is ruined by this stripe. It looks low-res, plasticky and completely out of place with the rest of it, and it's pretty impossible to ignore. This is not just an aesthetic issue, it actually interferes with the HUD and in some parts even occludes it (like the cargo hatch reticule). I just see no reason for it to be there? A quick, dirty fix would be to keep it, but make it black, or at least something less garish.

If anyone actually likes this stripe, then please speak up. Maybe it's just me (although it's hard to imagine).

Remove the go-faster stripe? You realise you lose 10% of your max boost if this is deleted! Nah just kidding, don't fly those buckets, they really should give you the option of custom cabin decor, flock wallpaper and a nice comfy ottoman for me so I can stretch out my legs!

Well if that stripe is supposed to make it go faster, it doesn't bloody work on my Gunship! I want my money back.

If you think those two are buckets, you'll love my Dropship. I probably fly that more than any other ship in the game (in part because there's no red and white plastic stripe).
