fast charging shield (for other gameplay)

I propose either an engineer improvement.. or new kind of shield that, although much weaker, very fast generation rate and generation when fell much faster.

I was interested in this type of thing but I did not find..

to use silent running in combat and smuggle and play hidden more flexibly with, including with bigger ships.

Already exists, Bi Weave shields. You can also go from zero shields to 50% by doing a reboot, or simply by entering supercruise.

cant remember the minimum speed for a shield reboot to work, you can glide FA-OFF so you wont come to a halt whilst thrusters restart.

after test too soft in terms of generation for my taste..

on the other hand, there is no engineer who can further accelerate the regeneration, i only saw the resistors but no improved regeneration.

a little nerve engineer would not be refusal.. it's the suggestion lol.. although I think that has already been deliberate.

You could downsize from say a class 3 to a class 1. Or you could engineer and get a recharge secondary (I've seen up to about 10% for regular recharge and 20% for broken recharge).

in fact it would be this time far too little resistant.. between a class 3 and a class 1 there is a big difference in resistance.. I do not want to have a shield that falls at the slightest shock.

I do not find the balance I want to have in fact, but that's not a big deal.

the more I think about it and the more I think that the risk of imbalance big, it would become a very difficult shield finally to destroy .. but is not already the case with the heavy shields and their booster ?

in my idea the only way to knock down a quick-charging shield is to have enough direct firepower.. as hard to knock down as a heavy shield has a slow charge.
